Topics are how this site groups its articles, and the rule for publishing one is deliberately strict: a topic page exists only when at least four articles sit behind it. Below that threshold a page is a signpost with nothing to read on the other side, which wastes a click and tells a search engine nothing. Smaller groupings stay folded into the articles themselves until they earn a page.
Every article is tagged, and one tag can mean several things at once. A single verdict on dried plums shows up under fruit, under potassium and under the sodium column, because it genuinely belongs in all three conversations.
What follows is the six groupings with enough behind them to be worth a visit: the potassium column, the sodium ceiling, the processed-food question, fruit, the DASH pattern and breakfast. Each opens with the numbers that define it, then lists every article underneath. The scoring rules behind those numbers are published in full on the methodology page.
